Rachel is committed to providing clients with practical, cost-conscious solutions and strategic advice tailored to their needs. She has experience representing individuals, businesses, and institutional clients in professional negligence, complex commercial, and civil litigation matters.
Before joining BYLD, Rachel practiced in the real estate and litigation group of a prominent regional full-service firm.
Outside the office, Rachel enjoys reading and spending time with her dogs.
Rachel’s practice includes a wide range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder and corporate disputes, professional negligence defense, human rights litigation, defamation, libel and slander litigation, commercial leasing disputes, real property and development disputes, and various other business and contractual disputes.
Rachel completed her Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the University of Western Ontario in 2023.
