Leigh has practised all facets of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis in the area of professional insurance, real estate litigation, construction and shareholder's disputes. For many years he has been appointed preferred counsel by LawPro, Ontario's insurer of lawyers.

Leigh is an accomplished advocate with a number of reported decisions both at the Trial and Appellate levels. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society.
