Before joining BYLD, Nikolas practiced at a leading firm in Atlantic Canada, where he gained broad experience across commercial litigation, international arbitration, and corporate matters. He also brings meaningful governance experience, having served on the board of a Canadian global-development not-for-profit. He currently sits on the board of a Canadian organization supporting female entrepreneurs and economic empowerment internationally.
