Daniel is a calculated and creative litigator who has already contributed to several important cases at the federal and provincial levels in courts and administrative tribunals throughout Canada. His meticulous attention to detail and ability to craft novel and creative arguments allow Daniel to aid clients by navigating the legal miasma, simplify complicated issues, and achieve positive results.
