John acts for a wide range of individuals and businesses in a variety of complex commercial and civil litigation matters. He also provides legal assistance to low-income and vulnerable individuals through Pro Bono Ontario.
John practices complex commercial and civil litigation, including in the areas of shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, fraud and breach of trust litigation, class actions, professional negligence defence, real property and development disputes, product liability defence and various other business disputes.
