Daniel has experience representing a wide range of individuals, businesses and institutional clients in professional negligence and complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Before joining BYLD, Daniel practiced with a prominent regional full-service firm in the commercial litigation group.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys watching hockey and spending time with his family and friends.
Daniel’s practice includes a wide range of complex commercial and civil litigation matters, including shareholder and corporate disputes, professional negligence defence, residential and commercial leasing disputes, and various other contractual and business-related disputes.
