Adam’s commercial litigation practice includes contract disputes, intellectual property, competition, defamation, employment and shareholder disputes, professional liability, education law and advertising and marketing law.

Adam is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates’ Society. He also serves as counsel to Smartballer – Mentoring Academics Proficiency Sports (MAPS), which is a charity that operates after school and summer camps and clinics for at risk youth.

EDUCATION

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Public Policy & Public Administration from Concordia University. Adam’s legal studies include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queen’s University and a Certificate in International Business Law from the International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, England.
